I've been using it for 4 weeks now. The first time I was scared because I'd never used a similar product before. Week 3 was the only day I had a brief flaking, not because of the product, a burn, or anything like that; it was the active ingredient doing its job. My skin feels super smooth and not at all tight or red. I love the results I'm getting. I use several products from this brand and I'm delighted with them all.
