It has the consistency of water, easily moisturizes the skin, does not burden it, does not create a sticky coating, and if there are irritations, it does not sting. On hot days, this tonic is enough for me and I don't use anything else. I use it with other products from this series. I have been using this toner for about 3 weeks, twice a day, using 3-5 layers and I am very impressed.
